    We use Australia Post for our parcel delivery service, depending on location it usually takes between 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive. We will send your purchases with a tracking number so that you can track the process.
  • When do we ship?
    We usually post items upon receipt of processed credit card payments or clear funds in our account,
  • Where do we ship to?
    Currently we are only selling and posting to any Australian address this is due to changing export rates, different country taxes and restrictions


Returns and Refunds
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item purchased from us, we will accept returns provided they meet the below conditions

  • We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement

Quality is extremely important to us. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in any way, please email a.a.nikkelsongalleryandgifts@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue and attach a photo of the faulty/damaged product. We will do our best to replace or refund items that do not meet our standards as soon as possible
